Praline-SM is the official Swedish championship for professional confectioners and professional praline artisans. There has been a long-standing interest in a competition that showcases professionals in the industry, and now they are being given a chance to showcase their craft and expertise in praline making.
This year, the Swedish Championship in praline making is being held for the fourth time and will take place on Sunday, November 9. The competition is organized by the Swedish Association of Master Bakers and Confectioners (SBoKM) in collaboration with Stockholmsmässan.
