Baking & Chocolate area
Here you are greeted by the smell of freshly baked buns and fresh chocolates. Bakeries will be stocked with freshly baked pastries and bread throughout the day. At the praline makers you will find treats in all flavors and our chocolate exhibitors offer a wide range of chocolates from all over the world.
Wine tastings
We offer many different ways to taste and learn more about wine. Book a wine tasting in advance or attend one of our drop-in tastings.
Food trucks
Replenish your energy levels with exciting dishes from some of Sweden’s best food trucks! There is something for every taste.
Delicacies
Cured meats, cheeses, olive oils, spices, marmalade, honey, sea and land canned food, nuts, crisps…. The list of everything you can shop here is long!
Beer
Try different beers and find a new favorite! Browse the range of small breweries with big flavors.

Avenue de Champagne
An entire room dedicated to Champagne – what a dream! Here you will be able to taste your way to your favorite champagne. Because you want to taste it properly before you buy a whole bottle, right?
During the weekend, special bottles will be opened and you will have the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive selection!
Inspiration stage and bookshop
On our stage, get tips and inspiration from chefs and food profiles! Of course, there will be tastings and there is also the opportunity to buy signed cookbooks in our bookstore.
Competitions
Every day you have the opportunity to take part in Swedish championships of the highest class! Follow the exciting competitions and their participants closely and take part in the jury’s work to select the winners.

How does it work?
To sample wine and other alcohol, you buy tasting vouchers. These then serve as payment at the exhibitors. A sample can cost one or more vouchers.
