Praline-SM is the official Swedish championship for professional confectioners and professional praline artisans. The competition is organized by the Swedish Association of Master Bakers and Confectioners (SBoKM) and Stockholmsmässan, in conjunction with Sthlm Food & Wine and Bak- & Choklad.

The winner of the Praline Championship receives the prestigious title of Praline Craftsman of the Year and thus also becomes Swedish Champion in praline craftsmanship. For one year, the winner represents the industry with this title. As part of the prize, the winner will also have the honor of creating next year’s official Festival Praline for Sthlm Food & Wine and Bak- & Choklad.
