Confectioner of the Year 2025
At Sthlm Food & Wine, the Confectioner of the Year 2025 will be crowned, where Sweden’s best confectioners compete for the title. Don’t miss the chance to see them create magical pastries and get inspiration for your own delicious creations!
Mack-SM 2025
Sweden’s tastiest sandwich 2025 will be crowned! During the competition, a jury will judge taste, appearance, usefulness, innovation, production efficiency and interpretation of the theme.
Swedish Praline Championship 2025
This year is the fourth year that we organize the Swedish Championship in praline making. The competition is organized by the Swedish Master Bakers and Confectioners (SBoKM) together with Stockholmsmässan.
