Praline-SM is the Swedish championship for professional confectioners and praline artisans. There has long been an interest in a championship for active confectioners and practitioners in the industry. An opportunity to showcase the craft and skills in praline making.

This year is the third year that we organize the Swedish Championship in praline making. The competition is organized by the Swedish Association of Master Bakers and Confectioners (SBoKM) together with Stockholmsmässan.
