Drink coupons must be provided at the time of tasting alcohol and are sold in strips of 5 coupons. Single vouchers cannot be purchased and unused vouchers are not redeemable. A tasting can cost one or more vouchers depending on the type and value of the drink – for example, a higher-end wine may cost more vouchers than a lower-end one. Vouchers are only needed for alcoholic tastings, not for non-alcoholic ones. You will also need to buy a wine glass, which is used to serve your samples. There are plenty of rinsing stations in the exhibition hall where you can rinse out your glass or refill it with water if you wish.

The ticket offices close 45 minutes before the event closes. These are where you buy the drink coupon strips, so if you want to stock up on drink strips, you need to do so before the ticket offices close. If you buy strips online, you will need to collect them from the voucher kiosks before the event closes to get the physical strips you need for redemption when you buy alcohol.
