Booked exhibitors

The list of exhibitors has been released and we are a little extra proud of this year’s range of both food and drink. This year we have put a little extra focus on the Swedish, the small-scale and classic wine regions – the best of the best all simply!

Let’s take a closer look at some of this year’s exhibitors.

Sanusarve farm brewery – a cocky upstart from Gotland!

In 2016, the Schultes-Andersson family moved from Stockholm to Gotland to test the dream of a life in the countryside and their own brewery. In 2018, the brewery was completed and since then they have brewed beer and organized events here. The beers range from classics to exciting varieties such as Gotland Wild Ale and the brewery has won many Swedish awards over the years. Welcome back to Stockholm we say!

Hernö gin – Award-winning gin from Härnösand

In the small village of Dala just outside Härnösand is Hernö gin distillery. Which is actually the world’s most award-winning gin producer. Under the leadership of founder Jon Hillgren, magic has been created here since 2012 when the first bottle left the distillery.
We are extremely proud that Hernö is taking place at Sthlm Food & Wine this year.

Höganäs chocolate – quality and sustainability at the tip of your fingers!

This chocolate is something special! The Ecuadorian cocoa beans have been harvested by the family for generations. Now the beans are shipped to Sweden, like a love letter across the Atlantic, where they are transformed into delicious chocolate. With sustainability as a guiding principle in all stages of production, Höganäs Chocolate is a company at the forefront with both product and vision that paves the way for others.

Alpha Wagy – top quality Swedish meat.

Anja and Carl at Borrarps Gårds in Dalsland produce luxurious meat with Japanese origins. The Wagyu breed, or Kobe as it is also called, is known for its high degree of marbling, which makes the meat tender and smooth. This is meat you can eat with a clear conscience! Raised on grass produced on the farm and animals that have been grazing every spring, summer and fall. A real delicacy that you now have the chance to try at this year’s fair.
