Winner Vinordic Wine Challenge 2025

The winners of the Vinordic Wine Challenge 2025 have now been announced. The annual competition, organized at Stockholmsmässan, aims to find Sweden’s most affordable wines, helping both connoisseurs and wine enthusiasts navigate through Systembolaget’s range. Nearly 900 wines competed in 56 different classes, from box wines to luxury wines. In the end, there were 188 medal winners.

The Vinordic Wine Challenge, organized annually by Sthlm Food & Wine at Stockholmsmässan, is Sweden’s largest and only EU-certified wine tasting. The competition aims to find Sweden’s most affordable wines.

The wines compete in different categories and price categories, with the winners in each price category receiving the “Gold”, “Silver” and “Bronze” awards. The categories are white boxed wine, white bottled wine, boxed rosé wine, bottled rosé wine, sparkling rosé wine (incl. champagne), sparkling, champagne, red boxed wine, bottled red wine, white eco-wine, red eco-wine, organic red boxed wine, organic white boxed wine, sparkling canned wine and non-alcoholic fruit drinks.
