Anders Engman, a longtime beer & whisky tasting judge with a long history in the beverage industry, will conduct the tasting together with Per Fredne, who has worked with cheese and other delicacies since 2011.
During the tasting, Anders and Per will show you how amazingly well different drinks match with carefully selected cheeses and accessories. During the tasting, you will hear lots of anecdotes from both of them, as well as tips on how to think about matches with, for example, cheese & beer, or whiskey & charcuterie. Should you have marmalade with the cheese, or maybe mustard?
Drinks during the tastings are provided by the exhibitors at the fair. Cheese and condiments will be available from the Fine Deli counter at stand (C13:59), where the tastings will also take place.
