– Definition Large customer: Stand area equivalent to 25 sqm or larger
– Wholesale discount: 50 kr discount per sqm
– Definition Loyal customer: Customer who has participated in the last 3 Sthlm Food Wine events
– Loyal customer discount: 50 kr discount per sqm

Co-exhibitor fee – SEK 1 895
If you want to exhibit together with another company, the Main Exhibitor, you pay a co-exhibitor fee. As a Co-Exhibitor you receive the same service and are marketed in the same way as the Main Exhibitor. Registration of interest for co-exhibitors »
Cancellation policy Sthlm Food Wine 2024:
Cancellation of stand space can be made free of charge within 10 days from the order confirmation date.
In case of later cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
– 100% of Registration Fee/Starting Package and 0% of Stand Rental until February 7, 2024.
– 100% of the Entry Fee/Starting Package and 50% of Booth Rental Feb 8 – May 7, 2024.
– 100% of the Registration Fee/Start-up Package and 100% of the Stand Rent as of May 8, 2024.
For the avoidance of doubt, the other provisions of the Agreement (including Stockholmsmässan’s General Terms and Conditions) shall continue to apply between the Parties.
