Price information, added value and discounts
Starter package SEK 4 750
The start package includes:

– Stand cleaning (vacuuming) before day 1
– Handling of goods and empty packaging*
– Entrance tickets (visitors) 10 pcs
– 50% discount on the purchase of additional entrance tickets
– Environmental fee
*Quantities of goods exceeding 1000 kg or 4 cubic meters must be pre-booked at least four working days before the arrival of the goods. (Unscheduled unloading/loading will be charged. Special agreements may apply for heavy lifting) – Read more and book here “

Offer: base price stand area SEK 1,216 per sqm (ord. price: SEK 1,520 per sqm)
Offer 20% on sqm ( -304kr/sqm*)
*The offer is valid between November 11-22 and applies to those who have exhibited during Sthlm Food & Wine and Bak & Chocolate 2024.
Cancellation policy Bak & Choklad 2025:
Cancellation of stand space can be made free of charge within 10 days of the order confirmation date.
In the event of later cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
– 100% of the registration fee/start-up package and 0% of stand rent until February 7, 2024.
– 100% of the Registration Fee/Start-up Package and 50% of the Stand Rental Fee from February 8 to May 7, 2024.
– 100% of the Registration Fee/Start-up Package and 100% of the Stand Rental Fee from May 8, 2024.
For the avoidance of doubt, the other provisions of the Agreement (including Stockholmsmässan’s General Terms and Conditions) shall continue to apply between the Parties.
