Lindvalls Kaffe in Uppsala has been roasting coffee since 1891. The long tradition has led to honorable assignments such as Royal Court Supplier and sponsor of the Swedish National Confectionery Team. Now Lindvalls wants to invite you on a taste journey through the people’s and confectioners’ favorites.

The concept is simple and you set the pace – come and try coffee when it suits you best during your day at the fair!
We set the table with a traditional Swedish brewed coffee with a fantastic aftertaste, followed by French roast with an elegant acidity and lots of aroma. Next, you’ll be greeted by a dark roast coffee made from Brazilian pearl beans that, according to some, “surprises” and “must be tried”. There are also the espresso beans that make Italians exclaim “Casa dolce casa!”

The final is best described by Ulf Lindvall himself, a fourth generation coffee master:
“The search for the perfect coffee started in the fall of 2012, but really it has been going on since 1891. After more than 120 years, could we develop a completely new coffee, tastier than what our parents and their parents refined? We were intrigued by the idea and agreed that it would have to cost what it wanted. Over the years, we’ve come across ingredients too good not to use and now was the time. We would use only the best beans, blend, roast, smell and taste. This would be the best coffee in the world.”
