    Sthlm Food & Wine takes place in November 9 - 12 november, 2017, at Stockholmsmässan in Älvsjö, Sweden and is the largest public fair for food and beverage in the Nordic region.

    Sthlm Food & Wine is a meeting market place - an ideal setting for your encounter with the market. In 2016 the fair was visited by 34.259 people with money to spend. They were inspired by diverse foods and beverages, kitchen equipment and design, meetings with Sweden’s top chefs, product tastings and opportunities to fill their shopping bags with truly exciting finds.

    Sthlm Food & Wine’s recipe for success is based largely on the contributions of committed and knowledgeable exhibitors and a programme filled with congenial events and activities, from celebrity chefs' and TV personalities' appearances to competitions for amateur cooks, cookalong, auctions and food- and wine-tastings. The Kockarnas Krog restaurant, run by seven of Sweden's best chefs, serving about 3 000 meals during the exhibition.

    Massive marketing efforts
    The exhibition continues to arouse interest among the press, media and visitors. This year, 339 media representatives were accredited. We want you to attract the right visitors to your stand. To help you do so, we produce a fully independent supplement that will be distributed in daily paper. Thanks to last year's visitor survey, we know that this publication was highly appreciated by visitors to the fair. It is also backed up with advertising in the daily press and TV commercial.

    In Event Planner we have collected all the relevant information you need before, during and after the event with checklists, stand overview, activities and practical information. Via Event Planner  you'll do all your orders and requests . You can also to send out invitations to customers, market yourself on our website and much more.

    When it's time to start preparations for your participation start by going through the list of important things to do. Here you will find important dates that lets you save both time and money.

    Do not forget to Stockholmsmässan also works as a full service event agency and can help you with everything you need to implement a successful event. We can do everything from complete stand solutions and lighting applications to signs and profile candies.

    Who can log in

    Anyone who is a contact person at your company in our systems can log in. Stand Builders and co-exhibitors can also use Event Planner but can not access our webshop. (Stand Builders can be added as a contact for you as main exhibitor. This means that the stand builder logs in as you and have access to everything. You'll add your stand builder as a contact person under Settings in Event Planner.)
